"Struggling to hit your government recommended five daily portions of fruit and veg? Well, bad news: Last year: the WHO announced that seven 80g servings should actually be your target, if you want to life a longer, healthier life - and that's still a minimum. The solution? Use the recipes from the book Thrive on Five, all of which contain at least five servings of veg, to make it easier to hit your numbers. Have two helpings of fruit, and a couple of these meals and you'll be golden." Men's Fitness, August 2015

The Healthy Food Guide is full of inspiration and we collect every issue.
We were flattered the HFG featured such an extensive extract from our book
This particular issue of Esquire had 2 front covers and we thought it would be a shame not to feature both.
We were flattered to be asked to create a unique recipe for Esquire to feature in their 'Summer Survival Guide', but they had a special request that it had to be a man salad.
Our Warm Caesar Salad was a winner, and it's very easy to add a piece of chicken if you want to increase the protein content.
Mail on Sunday: You Magazine

Get your FIVE STAR salads from Thrive on Five. The Five-a-day message is well known by now, but we still only average 3.5. Growing evidence is showing five should be the minimum target, and some countries now recommend five portions of vegetable PLUS two portions of fruit.
We spend an interesting Sunday afternoon chatting with Gaby Roslin and her guests Shayne Ward, Miquita Oliver and Joe Pasquale.
Joe enjoyed our Thai Green Curry, while Shayne's favourite was the Shepherd-less Pie. Both Gaby and Miquita preferred the specially prepared gluten-free and sugar free carrot and date muffins.
Though Gaby didn't indulge much as she was dashing off to the BAFTA Awards, and wanted her dress to fit perfectly...which it did.
A little reminder to readers of the Stylist that Thrive on Five offers 'an array of recipes which deliver all your daily dose of fruit & vegetables'.
What better than a delicious Green Papaya Salad for days of summer sunshine?
