We produce delicious dishes, including soups, curries, salads, family favourites and snacks. Light, yet filling, our meals are perfect for lunch or dinner, meaning you can get the 5-a-day box ticked and one less thing to worry about.

SUITABLE FOR ALL DIETS?

You'll find something suitable for most diets, whether vegetarian, vegan, dairy free or gluten free; and our dishes are perfect if you are on the 5:2 diet as the majority are around 350 calories. But you don't need to be following a specific diet to enjoy our food - our dishes are great for meat-eaters and anyone who wants to eat more vegetables. 

WHY VEGETABLES?

Our main ingredients are vegetables as they are four times healthier than fruit. Vegetables are much lower in sugar, and they are high in fibre, vitamins, minerals and rich in antioxidants. 

All our dishes meet the government guidelines on 5-a-day. Some include beans or pulses as they are a good source of plant protein and fibre.

This was my favourite dish so far, really excellent. It was a good portion size for lunch, not too large, and it felt light.... the colours were sharp/vibrant, and the ingredients fresh and had a good crunch. I really liked the spicy kick - I think you have it spot on with this one!
